Update TaskRay Template Reports to include templates both with and without Task Groups and Tasks
Resolved an issue with scheduling Tasks in the Template Builder

- Note: The number of recent records displayed is now configurable. The default value is set to 10.

Resolved issues with the Customer Onboarding Kickoff Flow and the Project Clone and Stitcher lightning components where users could not select a template intermittently and using the scroll bar to find a template closed the dropdown list
