You can delete an individual checklist item or a checklist group.
Delete a Checklist Group
Deleting a checklist group will move all the items from that group to an Unassigned checklist.
- Locate the task for which you would like to delete the checklist group and open its Task Details.
- Click on the Checklist tab.
Tip: In Kanban and Row Views you can quickly access the Checklist tab from the Task Card by clicking on the Checklist icon.
- Hover over the Checklist Group that you want to edit and click on the Pencil icon that appears.
- Click Delete.
The checklist items from that group will be moved to the Unassigned Checklist. You can then reassign those checklist items to other checklist groups on that task using drag and drop.
Delete Checklist Items
- Under the Checklists tab, click on the checklist item that you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
