Files: New Files tab available in Project and Task Details aggregating files stored on the record as well as files and links added in the Chatter Feed.
Files: Upload or drag and drop a file or associate a link from the Files tab.
Files: File or link title, source, owner, modified date, and size information is displayed and sortable when available. Clicking on file or link will open in a new window. Files and Links may be deleted while files also have download option.
Files: File storage source is displayed as badge next to title. Supported sources include Salesforce (Chatter Files), Dropbox, Google (Drive), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Box.
Files: Links are deletable if they are not associated with a Chatter post or comment. Otherwise, links can be deleted in the related Chatter feed.
Files: Document icons added to support additional file types.
Files: Clicking on the paperclip icon on the task card opens directly to Files tab.
Files: Project and task files are cloned when a project is cloned.
Filters: Custom permission to manage the ability to create and manage shared filters.
Filters: For users with the Manage Filters permission the ability to share filters with public groups.
Filters: My Projects option changed to pull only projects where a user has been added to the Team.
Filters: Option to create project or task filters for use in Power Filter without having to create within a Board Filter.
Filters: Option to not define a project filter and allow tasks to drive project sidebar results.
Team: Redesigned Team tab with Groups, People, and Queues sections including summary of Open Task and Checklist items. In instances with project privacy enabled changeable project-level visibility defaults and individual access levels are available.
Team: Reassign project owners from Team tab.
Team: Removing user or queue from Team prompts the transfer of open task and checklist items.
Team: Contributors object relabeled to Team, and Team tab available by default.
Team: Users receive email notifications when added to project team.
Team: In multi-project view, if adding a user to a task or checklist item that is not on the team, the user will be automatically added.
Team: Auto-follow project moved to Team tab and renamed to Follow TaskRay Chatter. Only individual users can follow or unfollow a feed, but all users can view who is following a project.
Team: Unassigned queue available by default.
Team: Undeleting a project will restore the Team.
Time: Archived and template tasks now excluded from timesheet search.
Time: Task auto-complete now displays the Project Name.
Notifications: New option to opt out of project team notifications.
Notifications: Redesign of all email notifications.
Bulk Actions: Redesigned bulk actions for Adding and Removing Team Members.
Bulk Actions: Bulk add team members now allows users to switch between board filters without leaving the Add Team Member window.
Bulk Actions: Bulk remove team members now searches across every project the user, queue, or group is a member of instead of being limited to the currently selected board filter.
Bulk Actions: Bulk remove team member now prompts user to transfer and reassign open tasks and checklist items.
Bulk Actions: Groups now supported in bulk remove team members.
Bulk Actions: Multiple users, queues, groups now supported in bulk add team members.
Calendar View: Reassign task to another project by dragging a project from the sidebar and onto to the task.
Calendar View: Drag trash can from TaskRay toolbar to delete task.
Calendar View: Owner including checklist owners on hover displayed on task.
Calendar View: Reassign owner by dragging a team picture onto the task.
Calendar View: Owner displayed on Agenda.
Calendar View: Resolved issue where task wasn't visible when scheduled on last day of month in certain timezones.
Projects & Tasks: Account and Opportunity lookup fields available by default. These fields are included in the Project Field Trickler Field Set so that any Account or Opportunity association defined on project cascades to the tasks within the project.
Project & Tasks: Project and Task Details windows can now be minimized to easily switch between multiple tasks and projects.
Templates: New source field on project and task to store original template the project or task was cloned from.
Clone Method: Support for adding team members in process builder.
Reports: New TaskRay Team report.
Permissions: New TaskRay - Admin Access permission set for power users. Initial permission included is the ability to create and manage shared filters.
Microsoft Edge: Resolved issue with icons not displaying in Lightning using Microsoft Edge.
Lightning Experience: New TaskRay Lightning app (tab set) available in addition to existing Classic App.
Lightning Experience: Updated TaskRay icons for better visibility in both Lightning and Classic interfaces.
Integrations: Fixed sizing of GridBuddy and Box tabs.
