As you may know, you can add checklists to individual tasks to keep track of specific details. By default, for every checklist item, you can track its name, the user that it is assigned to, the task that it belongs to, and whether it is complete or not.
If you would like to track additional data on checklists, such as due dates, dependencies, or notes, TaskRay Tasks might be better candidates to be used instead. Out of the box, TaskRay Tasks already come with all of those fields added and functional for your use.
Alternatively, you can create custom fields and add them to the TaskRay Checklist Item object. You can then add those fields to the TaskRay Checklist Item Mini Page Layout, which appears on hover over the Info icon next to each individual checklist item on a task in TaskRay. For more information, please see the Customize Checklist Mini Page Layouts article.
