    Hi Isaack,

For external sharing, the site guest user can view custom fields if a sys admin gives them access via the guest user profile, or permission set.

Navigate to Setup--> Sites-->Select the external sharing site-->Click the Public Access Settings button. This takes you to the profile, where the custom fields can be added. If you'd like to add them via a permission set, click on the Assigned Users button-->click the site guest user-->edit permission set assignments (Note: the perm set will need to be created before in order to add it here).

Once the site user has access to the fields, follow these instructions to append the columns to the external sharing URL: https://support.taskray.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013721207-TaskRay-External-Sharing#h_01EEDVG0KJHSST6W08TT6M76Y3

For communities, viewing and editing custom fields is possible - they also need to be added to the community users profiles or permission sets. Where these would be surfaced is dependent upon your implementation of communities.
