I am fairly new to TaskRay, and I will be honest, there are a few items missing from the solution that would make it a truly awesome solution for project management, one of these features is closed loop emailing with the client.
We have Closed loop emails in Salesforce Case Management, accessed using the feed section of case management. This allows our support teams to talk with the client within the ticket, and the client receives this via email, they reply and it goes straight into the ticket.
It would be a really big feature improvement to have this in the TaskRay Project Management solution, in a similar format as the Case Feed module, maybe as a feature of chatter?
Currently, we are having to log a case and use this for comms.
