The performance tab lists projects and is limited to 9 columns. I would like to have more than 9 columns visible here as a great place to view all of the projects and key details for each project in this view.

Currently when user click on the "+" button to add new task it is the at the top of the task group, and when they click enter to add the task it auto moves to the bottom of the task group. The user will have to drag the newly created task to the location where the task should be.
Users would like the ability to add a NEW TASK in the middle of the task group, for example in the middle of 2 tasks so they don't have to drag tasks around post creation

much like the other views, highlight the blocked tasks in red in spreadsheet view when a task is marked as blocked.

We currently have a validation rule which requires the notes field on a time log to not be blank. This is preventing users from quickly/easily logging time right away with the timesheet view, but they can't because the note field is blank, and you can't edit the note field until after you have saved your time in the timesheet view. It has essentially made the timesheet view/log pointless as we cannot add new records to it, only edit/view records.

Our PMs love using the Plan view since it allows them a Gantt chart view of the project with the ability to add in the fields they wish to see. However, we use the description field to add notes to a task if it requires more explanation or color. We also use the Chatter feed for posting status updates on a task and task group. This request is two-fold: It would be really great if we could pull long text fields or the Chatter feed into the Plan view so we can linearly see status updates next to task at hand. It would also be great if we could add in fields related to the Task Group into the Plan view as well. Our current workaround is to use a report for both chatter posts on the task and chatter posts on the task group.

Currently out of the box functionality is one Task Owner per task
There are use cases that 1 task can be completed by multiple people, or some percent of the task was completed by user1 and the task was re-assigned to user2
How can this be done with out creating multiple task row for the same actual singular task?

For both External Sharing and Community access, the users only see out of the box fields
He have created custom fields where we want the external user to VIEW or EDIT to collect data from the external community users.
is there an field level option to allow custom fields accessible for external sharing?

- Ability to see checklist items in the Plan view - Similar to the MYWORK view you can see the checklist with a dropdown and also add checklist in other view so they can be exported along with tasks.
- Checklist Assignments - allow QUEUES assignment at the template level so when the project is created the Tasks and checklist can be re-assign in bulk in the Project TEAM tab, currently the PM will have to open each task with checklists and manually re-assign checklist items one at a time

currently only 18 icons with people's faces or Queue show up
We can expend it to show more, but the issue is that we have project with large amount of team members and if we need to drag a face to a task and it is not in the initial 18 the end user will have to expand the team tab and click SHOW MORE to show all team members every single task assignment

Currently we the project manager can add to project team any one in the company, and also directly to Task owner. We would like to only do a look up against users with TaskRay license assigned.
We have 11,000+ employees and not all of them have TaskRay license so they should not be available until they are given proper license and added to TaskRay permission set
There is a TaskRay error message that the user must have read-only access, but the project manager (end-user) does not know who has a license and who doesn't so filtering by only license users would eliminate any guess work from end users

When creating the checklist items, it would be very helpful to also be able to enter estimated hours for the checklist item.

It would be very interesting for a Department Manager (or Group Manager or Colleague back up) to be able to follow specific projects.
A view could be generated with the summary of the dedicated projects thus monitored, by clicking on the + Follow icon.

We know how to change the LIST field values and colors
The LIST filed is not a very user self intuitive name for the end users with out a lot of training, they want to rename it to "Task Status" but the LIST is a TASKRAY out of the box field that can not be changed, and it will also need to be changed on the Kanban view, My Work, and all other out of the box views with out breaking logic.

When I run the filter to hide all tasks 100% complete to clean the project screen, the Groups they live in are still shown on the Project Screen. Like MS project these Tasks groups should also hide, not to be seen again until 100% filter is turned back on. In our project it is very difficult to scroll down 50 task groups to fine 1 open task.(Plan View)

Currently, you are only able to move a task to a status like In Progress or Completed. It would be nice to show a task with a percent complete.
Task A takes 3 weeks and is 20% complete vs Task A takes 3 weeks and is In Progress

There is a NOTE in the article which says "The checklist name is automatically added to the Notes field, providing detailed reference to the checklist item when the time is rolled up to the task."

However, those selections aren't reflected in the My Work tab and instead they see all of their non-completed tasks when looking at My Work. It would be useful to be able to show/hide lists in My Work so that our devs can hide backlog or on hold tasks for example like they can on the regular board.0 commentsFollow

We have contractors we work with who submit their time entries by copying over their hours from their external time tracking systems where they regularly log time entries of several hundred hours. Currently, the Hours field on the TaskRay Time object allow for 2 digits and 2 decimals, for a maximum time entry of 99.75 hours, so they are having to break up their time into a long list of sub-entries to get their time into TR. Would it be possible to increase that limit to 3 digits and 2 decimals for a maximum entry of 999.75 hours on a single time entry record?

Would like the ability to see multiple project plans at the same time in plan view. For example, I'm a project manager for an account with several projects going on simultaneously. Since I manage the entire account I want to make sure that the individual projects are being scheduled with the overall corporate roadmap in mind. Currently, I have to switch between multiple plans to see all tasks for given account.

Users need a way to add progress to a task that is not 0% (Not Started) or 100% (Completed) – this way the team can track percent complete of a task without the task looking like it hasn’t started.
Today our users are not able to display a Task is, for example, 50% complete because there is no option other than 0% or 100%. We have received feedback that we are not progressing on a Task when we really are, but cannot show our work in the progress bar.

As a manager of multiple projects or as a portfolio manager, I need the ability to view my projects in their parent/child relationship similar to the way you can view them in the All Work tab. Being able to see the relationship, which is parent vs child, ability to minimize or expand details are all necessary for management.

In our project details view, we have formula fields that hyperlink to flows for the user to launch. It would be great if we could customize the More Actions to input this field or have a way to create an option that launches a flow.
This would save users a click from having to first access project details, especially if they are working from the Performance tab.

We use kanban view to move tasks between lists. We have required fields at certain points in our process (ex: you can't move to Finished without Solution Delivered populated)
When I move a task between lists, I currently get a validation error when I forget a field and it reverts to the previous list. I then have to open the task, edit and save which drives me nuts. Instead, I want to be able to specify required fields (like on Salesforce path functionality) and have the system prompt me to fill it out.
Ideally: I drag a task to Finished, I want to be prompted to populate the Solution Delivered field instead of getting a validation error when I forget.

Save last "Print Options" for user
- Paper Size,
- Layout,
- Scale,
- ability to customize Header & Footer
- ability to select which columns should be printed and save this setting
