When one puts the My Work component on a record page like an Account, it would be nice to have the option to set the default to All Tasks instead of just an individual's tasks.

We have board filters showing Projects with no Tasks as the project meets the Project Filter criteria but the task does not meet the Task Filter criteria. My request is the ability not have any part of the project or task show unless it meets BOTH Project Filter and Task Filter criteria.

Currently, you have the ability to rename Task Groups easily within the plan view. I think it would make sense to also be able to rename Tasks from this same view without having to click into and expand the Task to edit/save.
Often times when stitching in a new task group, we would like to update the names. E.g., when stitching in a "Revision" task group, I would like to be able to quickly rename some of the tasks to include "#2" or "#3", etc., not just the task group name.
Another case would be when adding a new task to a project, if there is a misspelling, it would be useful to be able to quickly rename it from the plan view without having to open the task, rename, and then refresh to see the change.

On the To Do component in Community Builder, projects are listed in order they were created. Which frequently means that old/completed projects are the first thing you see. There is no way to see that there are other projects/tasks that are open unless you click through. I would love if you would change the sort order to most recent on top or allow the Admin to set the sort order.

Currently, when a timer is started from a task, the notes field is grayed out. It would be nice to be able to update the notes as work is completed during the timer's run. For example, if I am working on a task for 3 hours, I'd like to be able to enter notes as I go, so I don't have to remember them all at the end after the timer is stopped.
Any notes entered while the timer is running should remain after the timer is stopped, even if it isn't saved at that time. That way, the notes are still visible in 'unsaved timers' in the time sheet view.

More and more users in our org are using the Dark Mode option in the Chrome Lightning Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lightning-extension/hfglcknhngdnhbkccblidlkljgflofgh?hl=en-US
In order to make TaskRay way more usable in Dark Mode I would like to suggest some work is done on the color of past due tasks and the color of the today timeline bar in Plan View. Both of these show in grays that are very difficult to see in dark mode.

Can we add an export feature on the MyWork tab that will export an expanded list in PDF form that looks exactly how it does in the MyWork Tab? Its a great resource to communicate to my manager what I'm currently working on.

Our admins and team operations users are regularly building templates and projects where they need to create checklist items and assign them out to team members. However, when a user creates a checklist item, it automatically assigns that user and adds them to the project team. It would be nice to toggle this off for certain profiles or permission sets.

When on a call, we find that 4-5 of our employees have to manually enter the time. It would be great if there was a picklist where I could select the individuals on the call and it would clone the information so we do not have to manually enter each one.

This should be really simple to do (it is on a standard lightning page) but can we replace (or at least add in addition to the old component) the new Quip Lightning Components available for SF Lightning Pages? Here's a link to both of those components:
The current cutting edge component allows live editing of the quip doc inside Salesforce and would be a huge improvement from an attachment list that opens quip in another tab. Please add this to the page using the standard option of 1 quip doc per record (unless we can also find a way to allow users to utilize the templating feature which would be amazing to create quip doc templates from data in Taskray). The live editing doc component is #2 in that list that I first referenced. If I were to suggest specifically what to do in the TaskRay modal's quip tab:
Put the #1 upgraded attachment list of quip docs first, this allows a quick view of all the docs and clicking one of them opens the quip doc in a modal inside SF that allows direct editing without going to quip.
Put the #2 live document component second under the upgraded attachment list so 1 document can be selected for each record and edited live within the TaskRay ModalPut the current component at the bottom in case existing customers have data in that list they want to maintain. Give customers a depreciation date by which this quip component will be completely removed from TaskRay like it should be in all SF orgs (and probably will be retired by quip someday).

Allow for Estimated Time (hrs) at the individual checklist item level rather than all time being allocated to the task owner

Add a feature that allows Administrators to turn on/off instantaneous updates made to the Workplan. If it is off, colleagues can tinker with the project plan, by moving tasks around, review their changes and impact and then - once done - hit 'Save Changes' or something along those lines. Currently, all changes are saved which leads to colleagues tweaking tasks more often than needed.

Our implementation team needs to track time by the minute and the current stopwatch functionality rounds by 15 minute increments. While the team can put in time manually, it would be more helpful to be able to change the stopwatch to meet our business needs.

I need a way to show the TaskRay files on the project record in Salesforce lightning so that when you're viewing the record you'll be able to see and add files using the TaskRay features (like being able to add a link).

After a task has had actual work placed against it, but the remaining time/work needs to be pushed out, the system needs the ability to split the task to allow the remaining work to be scheduled out later while still capturing the original time/work completed.

When using my work view, users are going in and adjusting the end date for a task but when this is done the duration of the task is not kept and the start date stays put. The duration has now changed, which alters the allocation of work (Estimated Time (hrs)). We need the ability to lock the duration so if dates are changed, the duration is honored.

I would love a way to automatically show overdue tasks on the "TaskRay Today" home component. I find that with the way it is now (just a blue link to view the overdue tasks), it is too easy for users to ignore or not realize that they have tasks due.

We have a 255 character note field that users pull into their Performance view. If there is more than a few words listed, it'll show "..." and you have to hover to see the full note. Requesting to wrap text to see the full 255 characters in this view.

Users have to select the sort each time accessing the Performance tab. It'd be nice if this tab retained the sort. Additionally, it's be nice we Admins were able to publish the sort on this view.

I would love to see a progress differential column available from the new performance tab.Essentially, beside each progress complete bar, have a differential (+/-) difference from the previous week.
Ie. Project A, 35.7%, +4.6 percent

Timesheet entry should not require people to search and add tasks on a weekly basis. Should have ability to pre-fill timesheet with forecasted hours for that week against forecasted tasks and then allow staff to adjust as needed for the actuals.
