Template Versioning introduces new template Ids, called Addressable Ids, that maintain the mapping between your automations and templates. When an Addressable Id is referenced in an automation, it will always point to your active template version. Meaning, Template Managers can iterate on their templates freely, and it won't require Admin work for the automation to pick up changes.
The following resources will walk you through how to update template references in your automations from Salesforce Ids to Addressable Ids. There are many ways to automate project creation in TaskRay, so answer the following questions and use the information below to help identify what articles are the best resources for your use case, or jump straight to the resources.
