Is your team or TaskRay usage growing? In order to give the new users access to TaskRay, you have to purchase additional licenses of TaskRay and assign them to the new users.
Purchase Additional TaskRay Licenses [Admin]
The process will vary depending on your billing method and whether you initially purchased via AppExchange Checkout or via an invoice provided by the TaskRay sales team. For self-service subscriptions:
- Go to the AppExchange.
- Log in to the AppExchange using the link in the upper right corner.
- Click on your name and select My Account.
- This will take you to the page that will list all of the apps that are installed in your org. Locate TaskRay.
- If you see a View Subscription button, then you can order additional licenses online. (You can also click Billing Information to update your credit card.)
If you have an annual TaskRay subscription, please send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of additional users you need. The new licenses will be added to your account and you will receive an invoice.
In both cases, after the new licenses are activated, your next step is to assign the licenses and the TaskRay permission set to the designated users: Assign Licenses and Permission Sets.
