Remove Licenses from Users

Occasionally, you may need to remove a license from a user. If you remove a license from a user, that user will no longer have access to TaskRay.

Remove License [Admin]

1. From Setup, navigate to Installed Packages.
2. Click on TaskRay.
3. Click on Manage Licenses.
4. Locate the user that you want to remove a license from and click Remove next to his or her name.
5. In the confirmation dialog, click OK to confirm.
   
   
   Tip: If you would like to remove licenses for multiple users at once, you can do so by clicking on the Remove Multiple Users button.
