This feature is available to the following product editions:
- Standard
- Premium
Time Tracking allows you to track time spent working on tasks and projects. Follow these instructions to turn the feature on or off.
After the feature is enabled, you might need to add the relevant Time fields to the Project and Task Details layouts by modifying the field sets.
Additionally, you have a couple of options for how you can customize the time tracking functionality in TaskRay.
- When creating new time entries, users can mark time entries as billable or non-billable. While the default setting for this is set to non-billable, it is possible to modify that to set a different default value: Set the Default for Billable Time Entries.
- It is possible to categorize time entries by any criteria. See this article for instructions on how to do that: Categorize Time Entries.
