- Board Filters: Removed Project and Task filters from the toolbar. Functionality is replaced with Board Filters.
- Board Filters: New filter functionality that allows users to save, edit, delete and order Board Filters for one-click access from the sidebar. In addition to powerful customization capabilities, seven default board filters are introduced. Board Filters are a combination of project and task filters and can be filtered by standard and custom fields and have and logic applied.
- Board Filters: New default filter My Tasks, which is a combination of My Projects + My Tasks (Includes Open Checklist Items) and includes a Select All link to quickly select all projects from the project menu. This view is also the view to access your Unassigned tasks (tasks without a project assigned).
- Board Filters: New default filter My Projects, which is a combination of My Projects + All Tasks.
- Board Filters: New default filter Power Filter, which allows you to toggle between project and task filters without creating a custom Board Filter. This is similar to the classic toolbar functionality that is now being replaced with Board Filter. Power Filters may be saved as a Board Filter.
- Board Filters: New default filter Favorites, which is a list of all starred projects. The projects within this view are sortable.
- Board Filters: New default filter Single Project Search, which allows you to search for any active (unarchived) TaskRay project and select it. This is also the filter users will land on when clicking on most project links outside of TaskRay, such as from the Daily Planner or the View in TaskRay button from a standard Salesforce pages.
- Board Filters: New default filter Recent Projects, which contains the 5 most recently viewed projects.
- Board Filters: New default filter Delegated, which contains any tasks a user has created and subsequently assigned to others.
- Board Filters: The View As functionality is now a feature within the My Tasks view. Users can view work of any user by clicking on the profile picture and selecting a different user.
- Board Filters: Show More & Show Less options as well as drag and drop sorting to customize Board Filters at the preference of the user.
- Project: Option to Clone Template project on new project creation.
- Task Card: Two new project drop-down options from the task card including View Project Details to open the project window and View Project in TaskRay which will redirect you to the Single Project View.
- Time: Time entries can now be greater than 24 hours.
- Support: New in-app release education for existing users.
- Support: In-app notification and link to product changes available in the Help menu.
- Lightning Support: Updated lookup and date selection components in accordance with Lightning Design System.
- Performance: Default views are optimized for improved query performance.
- Performance: Removing a project from the current view no longer causes full refresh.
- Performance: Back-end improvements to project modal.
- Performance: The percent completion field update now runs asynchronously.
- Daily Planner: Emails will not longer be sent to users who are not active.
- Clone [PILOT]: Bulk clone Apex method in pilot.
- Clone: Removed check for active in clone methods when OwnerID does not start with 005.
- Assignment Emails: Resolved error with custom formula field display in custom labels.
- TaskRay for Slack app [PILOT]: Custom setting to enable TaskRay for Slack App.
TaskRay for Slack app [PILOT]: New project nickname field to be used to quick reference projects in @taskray Slack messages. Nicknames must be unique and cannot contain spaces.
- TaskRay for Slack app [PILOT]: Create a new task from Slack with the message @taskray add <project nickname> <task name>. The Add Chat button will allow you to copy the link of the Slack conversation and store as a Chatter comment.
- TaskRay for Slack app [PILOT]: See status of a project in Slack with the message @taskray status <project nickname>.
- TaskRay for Slack app [PILOT]: Get list of your tasks overdue or due today in Slack with the message @taskray my tasks. Personal task lists are provided in direct messages. The Mark Complete button will mark a task as complete in TaskRay.
