At TaskRay, we love to help our customers succeed.
Sometimes, we may require access to your Salesforce org, so that we can investigate and assist you to the best of our ability.
Note: If you don't want users to grant login access to TaskRay, you can make that Available to Administrators Only by navigating to Login Access Policies from the Setup menu and selecting Available to Administrators Only next to TaskRay Support. Here is a Salesforce Help article outlining Login Access Policies: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=controlling_login_access.htm&type=5
If you don't want any users, including admins, to grant login access, please reach out to support@taskray.com and let us know.
