Exclude TaskRay Views

You can adjust TaskRay's settings to exclude specific views from being displayed in TaskRay.  This is useful if you want to tailor the experience of using TaskRay for your organization, or even just a specific set of users (like your customers that use it in a Salesforce Community, for example).

Modify the Custom Setting to Exclude Views [Admin]

1. From Setup, navigate to:
• Lightning: Custom Code | Custom Settings.
• Classic: Develop | Custom Settings.
2. Click Manage next to TaskRay Global Settings.
3. Find the Excluded Views custom setting.
4. Specify the TaskRay Views you want to exclude, separated only by commas (no spaces).  Accepted values are MyWork, Kanban, Row, Plan, Calendar, Spreadsheet, Portfolio, and TemplatePerformance. 
5. Click Save.
