New Feature Alert! These features are part of the November 2019 Release and will be available in Sandboxes and on the AppExchange on October 19th. Existing customers will be automatically upgraded to the version of TaskRay containing these features on November 9th.
You can adjust TaskRay's settings to exclude specific views from being displayed in TaskRay. This is useful if you want to tailor the experience of using TaskRay for your organization, or even just a specific set of users (like your customers that use it in a Salesforce Community, for example).
Modify the Custom Setting to Exclude Views [Admin]
- From Setup, navigate to:
Click Manage next to TaskRay Global Settings.
Find the Excluded Views custom setting.
Specify the TaskRay Views you want to exclude, separated only by commas (no spaces). Accepted values are MyWork, Kanban, Row, Plan, Calendar, Portfolio, and TemplatePerformance.
- Lightning: Custom Code | Custom Settings.
- Classic: Develop | Custom Settings.
Example: To exclude the Calendar, Row, and Plan views, provide a custom setting value of Calendar,Row,Plan
