Project filters represent unique Project datasets. These datasets can be as wide or as detailed as needed for your use cases. These filters stand alone and do not pair with Flex filters so if a use case requires a specific dataset it can be created and made into a Project Filter.
Accessing Project Filters
Project Filters can be accessed via the Performance tab under Portfolio View or via TaskRay Projects lightning components.
Under the Project Filters drop down you will see a list of filters available to you. For more information on each filter and what it does, click on the info icon above the drop down. This info is dynamic and will change based on the filter chosen.
Using Project Filters
Once you have chosen a Project filter you will see a list of data return in the window. You can expand or collapse the screen at the individual project level or all projects at once by clicking on the down arrows.
You will see the overall Project Progress for a project as well as progress at the Task Group level.
You can also favorite a Project by clicking on the star next to the Project name. Any projects that you have favorited will then show in your "Favorite Projects" filter, if available.
Editing Projects and Task Groups
To the right of each project and task group you will see an ellipse. If you click on this ellipse you will have the option to perform several different actions.
- Projects: On projects you will be able to do things like Export to CSV, View the Project in TaskRay, Add a Task Group and Delete the Project.
- Task Group: On tasks you will be able to do things like Edit, Clone or Delete a Task Group.
