Actual Utilization Definition
Actual Utilization is defined by Flux Capacity to be a measure of productivity, comparing capacity (adjusted to account for time away) to actual time worked.
The Flux Actual Utilization dashboard’s source reports are based on the Flux Utilization object which is a real-time daily summary of:
- Actual hours logged (via TaskRay Time)
- Daily utilization targets (via Flux Resource)
- Capacity deductions (via Flux Time Away)
